Collaboration with the staff of the Kaizen Promotion Office on two projects: -Internal logistics improvement (Continuous improvement) -Stock management of consumables (lean manufacturing)

• Construction management of large oil storage tanks • Supervision on the fabrication & erection of process vessels (Carbon-Steel & Stainless-Steel) • Mechanical Control of piping works performed by contractors

• Qualifying the compliance of performed works by contractors with the contract contents • Supervision on the erection of mechanical equipment • Mechanical control of piping test packages, including Material Take-Off (MTO), Bill of Material (BOM), isometric drawings, P&ID diagrams, punch lists, and pre-commissioning

Conducting piping works including material take-off (MTO), fabrication, erection, and test procedures (cooling water, fuel oil, and natural gas)

• Collaboration with the mechanical department of the engineering office in: -Digitalizing the paper-based plots with AutoCAD -Developing an inventory management system for delivery of tools in the production area
