Cultivated genetically modified E. coli and Vibrio fischeri strains for toxicity and adhesion tests. Optimized growth conditions by developing efficient media preparation protocols to ensure consistent development of Vibrio fischeri. Responsibilities included maintaining cryostocks of genetically modified E. coli, assisting in writing microbiology lab protocols, researching literature for optimizing Vibrio fischeri growth with various media, and performing additional tasks in the S1 Lab.

Performed advanced medical tests: blood counts, transfusion tests, hematology, cytology, histopathology. Managed laboratory stock and ensured supply availability.
