Instructing Cadets on variety of skills. Recommending curriculum choices and creating lesson plans to maximize effectiveness of instruction. Using positive reinforcement and providing clear feedback to help Cadets succeed. Instructing through lectures, discussions and demonstrations in leadership and tactics. Tutoring Cadets in social and life skills, including using public transportation, dealing with problem situations, expressing emotions appropriately and communicating with peers and employees.

Responsible for the maintenance of all company vehicles (62 trucks) Conducting weekly inspections to ensure serviceability and properly security Oversee the company new equipment training program to build crew's proficiency with a modernized fleet Documenting new fleet maintenance and usage reports Ensuring the operability of sensitive company communications equipment with consistent testing, documentation and appropriate repairs Responsible for tracking and consolidating all company performance reports.

Providing supervision, leadership, and inspiration to 26 soldiers Ensuring individual and collective proficiency in all battle tasks and drills Responsible for the development, welfare, training and safety of assigned Soldiers Responsible for the accountability, maintenance, and readiness of tactical vehicles Protecting the Tunisian borders from the illegal movement of weapons, drugs, contraband, and people Seizing hundreds of smugglers vehicules along the Tunisian-Libyan boarders
