− Analyse the specifications and technical requirements of customers. − Modeling and Design of mechanical components and assemblies including plastic parts and sheet metal for high voltage interconnect systems and other components for the automotive industry. − Create drawing packages and manufacturing instructions for parts and assemblies. − Design improvement of existing products and updating drawings accordingly. − Performing GD&T tolerance analysis on multiple products.

− Conception, FEM simulation, drawings and tolerance analyses of modular industrial connectors. − Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes used in connector applications particularly injection molding, sheet metal stamping and bending, machining, plating. − Implementing technical modifications and enhancements in products in mass production. − Taking part in FMEA meetings and product improvement. − Selecting the list of qualification tests with reference to the standard and the client’s needs.
