Responsible for developing new sealant products with improved performance while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. Conducted rheological and structural analyses to assess and optimize product properties. Performed root cause analyses to identify and resolve any performance issues or manufacturing challenges. Development and validation of analytical methods (impurity, residual solvent, etc.) for analysis of raw material and newly formulated drug products compliant to GMP using FTIR, HPLC, GC, and AAS. Extractable and Leachable analysis (method development and validation) using GC/MS and ICP-OES. Preparing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for analytical instruments.

Performed electrochemical characterization of the solution processable polymers for OFETs and OPVs. Fabricated and characterized OFETs by indigo derivatives with different types of device constructions. Designed, fabricated, characterized and optimized polymer photovoltaics.
