Participates in deep-dive discussions and evaluates customer's current business needs and desired end-state infrastructure solution to translate the technical view into the implementation view and determine implementation steps necessary to meet complex technical requirements. Delivers in-depth comparative analysis of alternative proposals to meet complex technical solution requirements.

Maintain direct control over project planning and must be able to setup the necessary measures to build the proper foundation that will be a stepping-stone to project success. Demonstrate excellence and significant experience in the following areas: developing project plans and managing project stakeholders, project teams, risks, schedules and budgets.

Perform end user studies and end user evaluation to secure that important user needs are met with the prototype or working solution. Perform prototyping, which is designed to meet user needs and goals. Responsible for securing that the requirements can be understood by both Business and IT, and used by application development team.

Improve the designs of existing products as needed Train Staff and Customers in use and application of new products Provide technical support and solutions to both the customers and suppliers Prepare Technical product updates
