• Support in logistical operations of a freight forwarder, such as quoting different maritime, air and land freight options. • Evaluate and hire of different means of local and international transport. • Track and trace of goods from origin to the final delivery point. • Invoice and maintain documentation related to each shipment of different customers. • TRANSIT, EXCEL, OUTLOOK.

• Supply both direct and indirect materials according to the policies and procedures of the factory, in order to meet the needs of the customers in quantity, quality, time and cost. • Control the factory’s KAN BAN stations, as well as those imported through the control of an MRP to ensure timely supply. • Manage projects for the supplier development, evaluating their infrastructure, policies and quality standards, to obtain the validation of the price and product within the market.

• Manage of customs operations (Querétaro, CDMX, Veracruz and Laredo, TX.) • Review of customs import declarations (DUAs), non-tariff restrictions, tariff classifications, tax applications. • Quote and hire means of transportation FCL & LCL. • Track and trace of goods from the arrival to the warehouse up to the final point of delivery. • Bank management, invoice supervision, customer service, technical support.
