Responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts and invoicing side of the business. Weekly payment runs for and monthly accounts reconciliations.

Outbound telemarketing to potential customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland on business to business on behalf of clients to engage in conversations on an executive level and to introduce services and products.

In the ESSC responsible for the AP ledgers for the entities in UK, Switzerland, Germany o invoice processing, matching to Purchase Orders or posting to the relevant cost centres. o Solving queries, main contact for internal and external customers from Germany, Switzerland o processing of foreign currency invoices o posting, controlling of out of pocket expenses, o weekly payment runs in local and foreign currency through EFT bank files, manual payments, o month-end-closing.
