Managing all aspects of operations for Zinc Management including proposal writing & pitching; managing & developing all existing client relationships (i.e. premium automotive, finance, government); implementing office procedures; financial forecasting; recruitment, development & direct line management of up to 6 event staff in the office and up to 40 on site staff; budgeting and reconciliations; managing and overseeing complex events pre event, on site and post event (i.e. Rolls-Royce Centenary Drive 2011).

Delivering worldwide events & campaigns from start to finish including proposal writing, budget management & reconciliations, managing event executive & other staff in the office & on site, client/ account management, post event de-briefs, supplier management, negotiating, etc. Clients include premium automotive brands, finance, insurance and government.

Assisting the Event Manager with the execution of events such as handling the entire Delegate Management/ Communication process, research, on site support etc.
