Taking care of customers, welcoming them, handing over flat keys, showing them their flat and their room, introducing them to their flatmates, explaining the renting contract to them, showing them around and all important points in the surrounding area, taking care of several minor Projects. At the end of the Internship also doing some initial job interviews and giving recommendations for a second one.

Taking over different tasks e.g. writing down process sequences and code of conduct. Formulating job descriptions (company intern) and vacancy announcemnts (company extern). Creation of an evaluation matrix (Excel) for applicants and an adapted version for employee performance evaluation as well as a quick explanation guide for how to work with that matrix.
