Responsible for the IT-Infrastructure and –support, business analyses (process and application development) and the business intelligence (reporting, KPI). Beside the improvement and enhancement of all the system and applications (incl. SAP) my main task was to stabilize the team members, implement basic SOP re-design ofprocesses, eliminating existing legacy systems, enhancing existing SAP application and design the IT-infrastructure for the future growth.

I was responsible for all financial and controlling issues in the Swiss headquarter and the whole group., I have gained a lot of professional experiences in all kinds of Finance, bookkeeping, consolidation, controlling, M&A transactions, Due Diligence audits, founding and liquidating new companies, and also all kinds of relevant legal issues. In the IT-environment I have built up and implemented totally new ERP-System. In HR I was responsible for legal and security issues.
