McZoom Ltd designs, delivers, assesses and evaluates customised training and learning for business, industry and academia in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. As a learning specialist presentations have been made at UCOL/E'fest, Victoria Univeristy, NZQA, the Canadian Association of Training and Development, the Assessment Institute at Purdue Univeristy in Indianapolis and AITD.

LEARNPLUS is unique private training establishment offering training modules, online modules and assessment in adult education and management aligned with the NZQA system. In October 2012 LEARNPLUS was evaluated by NZQA and received the highest ratings possibe in all categories. LEARNPLUS offers flexible pathways to national qualifications and offers training and assessment by a variety of methods including by professional conversation to recognise current competence.

Part of the degree including the management and business courses were completed through the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
