I am the database manager for a nutrigenomic project and thus responsible for organising managing the data created in the project. We are endeavoring to providing a 'omics integrative database that will allow to combine data in order to retrieve emergent analytical results. I am also leader for bioinformatics in the project.

I was a developer for web-based information systems. Key project was developing a job management system for a nationwide operating rural circular and parcel distributor.

I was responsible for the project 'Developing a nationwide growth and yield model for Pinus radiata plantations in New Zealand'

Responsible for the project 'Development of methods for characterizing plant and stand architectures and for model comparisons'. I was also involved in several other projects including a project about the combination of a tree water with a soil water transport model.
