• Investigated customer complaints (Externe Fehler Kosten), conducted root cause analysis and developed corrective actions (CAPA) • Creating and presenting monthly production deviation reports (Abweichmeldungen) to quality head and Plant Management • Responsible for development of quality requirements by preparation of 8D, fishbones diagram, failure catalogue and FMEA • Participated in external audit by Lloyds and performed internal system audit with lead auditor.

• Prepare a material technical datasheet to check manufactured parts satisfied the requirements. • Interface with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure that parts produced comply with final product quality attributes and thus reduced rejection rate in production • Identified non-conforming parts for addressing quality issues
