Leading a EMEIA group of Sr. Plant Directors (12x) in the Netherlands, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and India with +/-1200 FTE’s.

Manage a Global team of 540 FTE’s, with facilities in the United Kingdom, US and China. Full P&L responsibility related to Supply Chain & Manufacturing, key member of P&L business team.

Managed a European Manufacturing team of 210 FTE’s. With facilities in Belgium, France, UK, Italy and Dubai. And additional responsibilities for 2 toll-blending facilities in Sweden and South Africa.

Managed a team of 125FTE’s. Accountable for all plant performance metrics and results (SHE, Quality, Cost, Output). Including engineering, planning & logistics, cont. improvement.

Managed a team of 45 (Italian) employees in a new acquired company in Bergamo (Italy). Restructured 2 new acquired facilities into 1 new facility, within budget and time schedule (6 months).

Implemented 6 sigma project which made huge business impact on Quality, Capacity, Cost and Safety. Implementing Changes into organizations (Change Acceleration Process). Trained / coached GE employees on Lean & 6 sigma tools.

Managed several teams of Operators. Delivered results according day-to-day production targets.

Maintain and Repair Electrical Installations on the newest Dutch Navy Frigate’s, from start-up to full operation. Specialist in Gas turbines engines
