Reframed Mustang’s denim heritage through a contemporary design language, strengthened premium positioning and led multidisciplinary teams across the full product process.

Led creative direction for menswear Outerwear, Leather and Accessories while overseeing the international licensing portfolio, reporting directly to the Managing Director. • Created a consistent cross-category design language across Footwear, Jewelry, Bodywear and Hosiery, Eyewear and Accessories. • Directed international licensing partners and owned product frameworks, range planning, pricing, cost calculations and sales- performance strategy.

Developed international menswear collections from trend research and concept creation through fittings, supplier coordination and final product execution. • Translated global trends and commercial insights into brand-consistent products for an international customer base. • Partnered with the Creative Director, Product Management, Sourcing and Technical teams on product architecture, fit, materials, quality and delivery.

Special interim function

Full responsibility of designing and developing men´s jewelry collection, small leather accessories and trimmings incl. packaging; selection of suppliers; price negotiation; follow-up and control of production facilities; price margin calculation; retail price proposal; presentation to Senior Management; handing over to markets

Involved in collection sketching and mood board preparation for various menswear product groups; fabric sourcing; verification of worksheets and sampling shirts; preparation of quality reports; trend research
