• Ensure TP Compliance within the Mühlbauer Group: Prepare and keep updated the transfer pricing documentations (Local and Master File) with the accomplying benchmark studies in Germany and abroad • Participating in transfer pricing audits • Formulation of internal service agreements • Take part in the further development of internal processes and TP Guidelines

In addition to my previous role I’m taking care of several operative transfer pricing tasks: • Take part in the quarterly and yearly update of the transfer prices • Handling the daily transfer price requests and maintain the transfer prices in SAP • Teaching and mentoring the junior colleague

• Prepare and maintain the global transfer pricing documentations (approx. 100 documentations) in close cooperation with the local companies worldwide and the transfer pricing manager. • Prepare and update the transfer pricing benchmark studies in TP Catalyst. • Assistance with gathering information for transfer pricing audits and as well as preparing ad hoc benchmark studies to support ongoing transfer pricing audits. • Prepare and review internal service agreements.

• Preparation of transfer pricing documentations • Conduct benchmark analyses in various databases (e.g. Amadeus, Bloomberg, DealScan, BMI, OneSource, EMIS) • Preparation of industry and company analyses • Preparation and review of transfer pricing calculations As part of the Indirect Tax team: • Preparation of VAT returns

• Registry of invoices and booking of supplier invoices • Collaboration with the accountants in Austria and Hungary • Data collection, data cleaning and reporting • Takeover of assistance tasks for the Property Manager • Takeover of the receptionist’s duties, occasional replacements
