At Eigensonne I have established the data department by developing an e2e data framework gathering data from 20+ data sources powering hundreds of data visualisations and reports used by our in-house stakeholders in their day-to-day work and strategic planning. I lead a team of data analysts and engineers building new data products and help them to bring their work into production by improving our data infrastructure, defining our data strategy and streamlining the data requirements.

At COUP I led a team of data analysts and engineers building a foundation for a data-driven organization by finding new opportunities to leverage data and helping to bring the solutions into production. Our team defined new KPIs, analyzed data gathered from various data sources and extended COUP’s data model in Looker. In addition we were managing and optimizing our streaming-based data pipelines to enable efficient and reliable real-time utilization of data and data-driven predictions.

I established a foundation for the data and insights department by single-handedly developing an end-to-end data warehousing solution and promoting a data-driven culture throughout the organization. At my daily work, I defined and integrated new data sources, built and maintained data pipelines and created data visualizations. I also defined new KPIs with the growth and product teams for even better understanding of our product, operations and users.

I was contributing to development of the framework used to transform operational data, like subscriptions and ads impressions, into performance related insights. Daily tasks included defining data related requirements and extracting data from payment & subscription related systems and ads sales & - impression collection systems. I was also performing analyses on large datasets and writing ETL test scripts to maintain the quality of the transformed data.
