The category organization has been modified from a traditional thinking organization with a purchase mentality, to a modern international organization with a category mentality with a focus on the customers needs and demands.

BUD in ALDI Denmark. Managing and coaching the company's Purchasing Managers about the assortment and the in-out campaigns within selected categories. Ensure expansion of the assortment sizes fitting the Danish retail market. Introduction of Brands in ALDI Denmark. In addition a part of ALDI North Europe committee where assortments are developed and adjusted across the country boarders. (8 countries)

PM in ALDI Denmark. With the responsibility for the categories: sweets, chocolate, snacks, and cake. Ensure growth in the turnover and gross profit within the categories through working with assortment and in-out campaigns. From 2013 also responsible for the categories fresh meat, fish and chilled products.

CM in Super Gros A/S. Responsible for assortment og product development within the categories delikatesse and convenience for the chains Super Best, Spar, and Kiwi.

Responsible for strategy and concept development for the restaurants within the Bilka and Føtex department stores. (80 units Quick Food and Bistro)

Responsible for purchasing in the groups restaurants.

Unit manager with responsibilities for the operation of different restaurants in Bilka and Føtex.
