• Designs mechanical systems for industrial robotics applications. • Elaborates engineering calculations, CAD models (mostly in SolidWorks), technical drawings and integrity simulations of mechanical components. • Builds and integrates electromechanical components into custom designed mechanical structures. • Selects machinery components based on design calculations and requirements. • Coordinates fabrication of mechanical parts with machining contractors, maintains project’s Bill of Materials.

Attended marine vessels and offshore installations to provide technical service of propulsion and power generation engines. Executed repair activities with a customer-oriented approach. Wrote detailed service reports covering the work in each attendance. Troubleshooted ship propulsion and engine systems, identifying the root cause of the issues to implement best service solutions. Managed technical teams in multiple service attendances, often including 3rd party personnel.
