Henrique Conrado Stemmer

During my college career in the United States, many experiences and growth opportunities were gained when in contact with other cultures, playing in the most prestigious American college tennis league, earning a scholarship to represent the university as a student-athlete. As a former D1 NCAA League tennis player, I had the ability to develop a strong work ethic throughout trainings and matches, completely stepping out of my comfort zone when in another culture, juggling trainings with classes and travels to compete, something that further helped me to improve even more my self-management over responsibilities, teamwork, and leadership. Today, as a team member of a multinational company, I obtain an international professional experience by being invited to lead and develop a project at the company's headquarters in Switzerland. I consider myself a proactive person, passionate, dream chaser, seeking daily to become a reference and successful person, personally and professionally.
