Manage Custom Procedural Trays portfolio that includes products used inside operating rooms and intensive care units inside hospitals. • Responsible for manufacturing operation for surgical procedural trays plant (team of 400 employees) in Chateaubriant, France and Banovce, Slovakia. • Manage EU team of product managers, quoteurs and sourcing team. • Leading the team initiatives to achieve year over year sustainable sales and profit growth

• Annual marketing & communication plan definition and implementation • Marketing campaigns and Studies management: coordination with focus countries. • P&L responsibility and Cross-functional team management. • Innovation management Member of Management Team, Business Division (DE) and exploitation comity - CODEX (FR).

• Business development – Sales strategy creation, customer and markets segmentation. • manufacturing management with external producer. • Team management : Sales administration , Supply-chain , product manager .

• Strategical project management for the OR Business Division • Creation of a sales value strategy ( creation of sales value story based on a European market and customer analysis)

• International portfolio development, product & component strategy (15 countries). • sales reps training on periodic basis to help them sell products effectively against the competition. • Production project management, components development • New product development, maximize gross profit for product categories, identify new production line and market expansion opportunities, product sourcing, pricing negotiations with vendors and customers, sales tools
