Design and Calculate the foundation of a 600 kW demonstrator tidal turbine: -3D Design of the foundation using SolidWorks. -Exploitation of ocean data to obtain the model of waves and current(Calculation of hydrodynamic forces on the foundation). -Computed Hydrodynamic(ANSYS Workench). -Developed a tool(using VBA) to obtain hydrodynamic forces faster. -Mechanical Design of the foundation using Femap Nastran: -Ballasts mass Calculation to ensure the stability(overturning and sliding). -Meeting.

Construction of 6000 m3 cylindrical storage tanks for diesel oil at depot SCDP ( 50% TOTAL Group): -Modeling and Calculated the steel structure(Robot Structural). -Checked the nominal pressure piping equipment(CODRES and CODETI). -Checked constructions provisions and welding procedures(SPECS TOTAL). -Made the record plan of the pipe lines(Autocad). -Preparing meeting with head of department. -Presentation of the evolution of metal construction at the weekly meetings.

Designed and modeling stress on compressor coupling, for thermal engines starting air unit.: - Studied causes of failures of compressor coupling with Ishikawa diagram. - Designed and Calculated compressor coupling using SOLIDWORKS Simulation. - Realized production drawings using AUTOCAD.

Mission: Designed and Calculated pipes for the depletion of water leakage in the bearings of turbogenerators: - Developed the layout of the pipe( SolidWorks). - Made definition drawings(Autocad). - Offered a major participation in the rehabilitation of turbo alternator N°9. - Revision of centrifugal pump, performed parametric records and control equipment of engine room; - Introduction to HSE concepts by participating to three security forums.
