Operational Excellence Team Responsible to implement a Process Improvement transformation program by using Capacity/demand model and Process Improvement methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma) in Financial Services/Transactional.

Responsible for the implementation of the Lean methodology in conjunction with McKinsey&Co. on strategic IBM outsourcing accounts.

Responsible to improve IT Service Delivery operations (process improvement) and reduce costs using Lean and DMAIC methodology (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) for the second biggest Telecommunication company in Spain.

Manage delivery competencies within EMEA Service Delivery to identify and drive resolution plans to problems and action items, reduce the number of Red (RAG) status given by Service Management.

Responsible for developing e-learning solutions (CBT: Computer Based Training) for US, Canada and EMEA for suppliers and IBM procurement staff. Duties involved project management, organisation, developing applications ready to be deployed on the web site.

Responsible for the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) system, training of IBM suppliers on the EMEA. Supervised assistance of online IBM suppliers in several e-business applications.
