Implementation of a mid-term purchasing policy : Purchase contracts, european sourcing Procurement of building materials (cement, chemicals, insulation material…) Subcontracting (technical ceilings, windows…).

Within the implementation of purchasing coordination for the whole group (utilities, construction, communication): - Coordination of tenders in travel management - Coordination of general procurements for the german subsidiaries
