Responsibility for e-Business systems for Bank Austria/Creditanstalt (as of 8/2001 overall responsibility for e-Business systems for the entire HVB Group) - Management of 130 employees

- Responsibility for project management methods and controlling for all Spardat projects - Project management, replacement of foreign payment transactions at the introduction of the Euro, YEAR2K upgrade, roll-out of new system in GiroCredit/Erste Bank and several large savings banks

- Development of various applications and architectures in the host and client/server domain (NATURAL, ADABAS, C++, dBASE, FoxPro, …) - Responsibility for design methods and architecture in application development
