~Designed and submitted project of Hanger Assembly in UNIGRAPHICS 7.5 and its structural analysis in ANSYS 14.0 ~Preparation of PFMEA, review of high risk RPN PFMEA's and reducing RPN number by strengthening the process checks and error proofing. ~Engineering work order/ Engineering change study and implementation on the Assembly Line EPL(Engineering Part List)/ MPL(Material Part List)/ BOM( Bill of Material) validation in product launch BOP(Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment) assessments
