Develped employee incentive programs for 6 sales account managers to present to their clients. Developed a prefered vendor program which resulted in an $180 K cost of goods savings per year. Negotiate with vendors and placed orders to fullfil employee incentive programs. Participated in the corporate continuous improvement program. Maintained over a 2 million dollar gift certificate inventory which was part of our incentive program prizes.
