Conducting Technical audits to ensure that every company under the mining authority is following the country rules and regulations. Present all companies activities ( drilling, exploration and production) at the top management meetings. Review and initial approve any new contracts with investors before presented them for the top management final approval.

- Prepare all company, department and field procedures based on QMS and ISO 9001.2015 regulations. Implementation of ISO 9001 requirements for all company HQ and sites. Prepare the Risk management reports for all sites - Prepare the quality audit plan for all company to ensure that all company works against the procedures. Responsible for conducting a QMS session for all company employees gradually to increase their QMS awareness.

- Performs reporting, risk assessments, and auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies. - Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to provincial and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party QHSE policies and procedures Responsible for conducting Quality, Safety and Environmental sessions to all company employees gradually to increase their awareness toward company procedures.

- Prepare a business plan to expand the mining strategy through the whole country and abroad. - Prepare and review all companies quality and production plans to insure that they follow the country and the management systems procedures. - Prepare the Environmental risk assessments plans for all proposed projects.
