Two major positions - Plant Development Plan (PDP) Coordinator and Executive Assistant to Technical Director, LafargeHolcim India. As the LafargeHolcim PDP Coordinator for India I was responsible for aligning with the company's 33 cement plants in India and with more than 65 key stakeholders to set the 3-Year KPIs for each cement plant and facilitate the review of the same to help each plant achieve its aspirations and targets.

Being hands-on in the Technology Development team, I developed and implemented innovative solutions using state-of-the-art methods such as modelling & simulation and 3D design, to reduce the carbon footprint of the group’s cement plants. Analyzed smart design Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models to deliver optimized and easy to implement troubleshooting solutions that minimized down time as well as capex for implementation.

Working with modelling, simulation and 3D design software such as ANSYS CFD and SolidWorks 3D, I was able to run end-to-end projects to improve efficiency of existing equipment with minimum modifications, down time and Capex requirements. Using three regional languages I was able to build strong rapport with my counterparts as well as top management at the group's cement plants and get their buy-in for implementation of novel recommendations using state of the art technologies.
