Hürkan Çakar

As an Administrative and security manager, I'm in charge of the ports' food organization, personnel transportation, cleaning facilities and all the security services. I coordinate the workers in technical support. I prepare the reports and I represent the company via official correspondence with related government organizations.According to ISPS ,I maintain the port security (PFSO)as a representative for Under secretariat for Maritime Affairs by controlling all the foreign ships visiting the harbor.

Worked as a general manager of training and inspection units of 1,100 personnel (3 groups; Explosive Ordnance Disposal Teams , Underwater Demolition Teams and First Class Diver Teams). I planned and controlled the personnel’s training, inspection and exercises schedules and translation of training documents and controlled performance level of personnel’s.

In charge of a budget of 4-5 million dollar. With my management skills, I carried the organization to higher levels. 1998-2001

Worked as an administrative and technical manager of a campus with 1,100 personnel -20,000 m2 closed area that built on an area of 40.000 m2- 1992-1998

Worked as an electrical engineer, second engineer and chief engineer 1981-1992 in Turkish Naval Force ' ships .

Worked as a project officer and commander of salvage team to salvage the sunk ships -weight 2500-3000 tones- 1986-1988
