 Planning and overseeing the operational delivery of the renewal program and its associated projects.  Development of project plans, budgets, milestones for achievement, resourcing and dependencies for successful delivery  Development and implementation of risk management and contingency frameworks.  Provision of project management advice and support.

• Ensure that the portfolio of programs and projects of Exploration and Production (Budgets between 100 Million to 1.5 Billion Dollars) meets the approval levels required for maturation and resource allocation. • Ensure and coordinate the implementation of the guidelines, dashboards and methodologies used by the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) in the programs and projects of Exploration and Production at different planning stages for inclusion in the investment portfolio of the Company.

 Structure and implement of the following Courses: Project Portfolio Management, Strategic Management, Project Management, Business Planning, Quality Management Systems, Financial Planning, Management Skills and Business Entrepreneurship.

 Ensure planning, execution and control of the scope, schedule and budget of the Projects.  Responsibility for the functions of administrative and technical Projects.  Performing supervision and quality control of work undertaken by contracted companies.  Handling and Integration of the requirements of Project Sponsors and Stakeholders.  Making procurements, administrating and negotiating with suppliers.

 Create and organize the Project Management Office (PMO).  Address strategy focus under PMI guidelines.  Structure public and private bid proposals.  Responsible for planning, execution and control scope, schedules and budgets of the project.  Planning, designing, executing and improving the management of the quality system project under ISO 9001 and key performance indicators under the Balanced Scorecard.

 Coordinate maintenance of ECOPETROL’s pipeline projects under PMI guidelines.  Responsible for administrative, technical and financial functions.  Quality control of maintenance work on the pipeline.  Responsible for planning, execution and control project schedules and budgets.  Execute and Document the Industrial Security, Occupational Health, Environment and Quality systems (HSEQ). Implementing and Controlling key performance indicators under ECOPETROL´s guidelines.
