Deep involved into the product development, test processes and control the product quality; Support the Quality Manager in the product development process; Supplier quality evaluation and product audit.

Compile welding procedure specifications of MAG, SAW, RW; Test to find the suitable welding parameter, welding material; Welding equipment troubleshooting and welding quality improvement;
