-Manage Digital Home,Home automation programs/projects with Tier1 customers under assigned BU. Coordinate and manages all programs/projects, communicate appropriately with internal functional groups (USA, Belgium, India,Taipei), external partners and WW customers to provide excellent customer satisfaction. Regular project updates to internal&external team -Work as EMS/OEM/ODM for business proposals,prepare materials for RFI/RFP/RFQ &to make sure projects are delivered on time, in quality and within budget

Ensure the client's requirements are met & programs/projects are completed on time, quality and within budget -Manage every program/project milestone, customers RFQ/RFP/RFI review,working model discussion -Successfully manage,take lead the diverse range of projects from kick-off to EOL

-Responsible for all process in Technical Department and Programs/projects, including Hybrid,Smart &Zapper product segments and decision maker for all technical issues -Communication &Technical interface with customer programs&worldwide suppliers, China,Taiwan,Korea etc Outstanding Projects -Lead/manage D-Smart Hybrid STB program between Dogan TV operator (B2B segment) and Ayyildiz,directing internal and Performed NDS End to End ATP and STB ATP for successful completion of program.
