Responsible for the delivery of the human resources strategy across the Middle East & East Africa Region and for supporting line managers to deliver the divisional plans. Enable managers to take full responsibility for people management, acting as an adviser and providing professional support for high risk/complex issues. To functionally lead the HR Managers in relation to a specified area of HR – ensuring consistency and delivery first line support to other members of the team

Responsible for significant consulting and partnering with the Middle East & North Africa on all HR matters. Manage various HR functions including: employee and labor relations, organizational development, benefits, compensation practices, staffing and recruiting, training, talent management, performance metrics and performance management.

Accountable & Responsible for HRM for 7000+ employees working as part of the Business Support in my company. I serve as the SPOC for any employee needs outside their direct work.

Ensuring resources are made available as per business needs Owned end-to-end responsibility for projects involving senior level executive selections.
