Projects involved: - Implementation and customization of the ERP and the CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 4.0 и Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.) in the company. - Everyday support of the newly implemented systems. Daily tasks: - Satisfaction of needs and solving the problems of the users of the ERP and the CRM systems. - Decision-making related to changes of the existing systems functionalities and processes. - Development of new processes in the systems. - Analyzing user requirements.
