I worked as a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation practice area at Unisys Consulting for top Spanish companies from different industries (Pharmaceutical, Utilities or Public Civil Aviation). My main area of expertise was the analysis and re-design of a company’s business processes. My job responsibilities included project management and delivery, sales, mentoring and training.

My main area of expertise was Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in different industries (Utilities; Hospitality and Telecommunications). All those projects were oriented to the design/redesign of the diverse CRM process of a company (service request management; contacts management or opportunity management) and the implementation of the supporting CRM systems. My job responsibilities included project delivery and training.
