- Perform security compliance-oriented tasks. • First and second line telephone, email and remote support of desktop, laptop, printer and telephony issues and engaging external support vendors as appropriate. • Monitor, prioritize and update service tickets in Global/Corporate Web Service Desk application. • Password related issues, provisioning of new users, user administration. • Maintain desktop applications including anti-virus, security/vulnerability updates and backup agent. • Perform Daily, Weekly, Monthly check lists.
