•Help Engineering and Product teams to find the most suitable solutions for our customer requirements •Technical responsible, planning, defining, coordinating and negotiating the test plan with customers in EMEA region for new product releases to be introduced in live network. •VO testing execution •Provide customized BBSTP/USP workshops to the different EMEA customer. •Third Party Product support interface (SUN, HP, Netcool, Metrica, CGF….)

•Design of the SS7 network, Intelligent Network, Short Message Centers •Introduction of new technologies (WAP, GPRS, UMTS, ...) •Dimensioning and design of the GPRS core network. •Telefónica Móviles interface for interconnections with other operators (Orange, Vodafone, BT, Cable Operators, Telefonica de España…) •Site Survey for new network nodes. New site survey, planning and related civil works coordination.

•VSAT stations Installation and commissioning technical coordinator for Nissan Motor Spain. •Group coordination of “Field Service”.CISCO router installation and configuration coordination.
