I Wayan Bagus

I am a Backend Engineer, I have 2.5 years of experience working at one of the biggest tech companies in Southeast Asia. During my career, I've built & maintained backend services to help the company grow its revenue and to be market leader. In fact, my team is the main team that generates the biggest revenue for the company. I've worked with some of the brightest people in Indonesia and Southeast Asia in general. I have 2.5 years of experience in Java with customized Play Framework, RDBMS like PostgreSQL, Infrastructure as a code like Terraform, several Amazon Web Services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, Codebuild, Codepipeline, Route53, S3, and etc). My main focus is to develop a backend logic to integrate our system with 3rd party insurance vendor(insurance issuance and claim), integration with all teams in the company (new booking flow, enrichment booking flow, and security improvement). During my career, I also managed to be a mentor to 2 interns on my team.
