Responsible for creating market differentiation through a range of initiatives designed to improve competitive advantage in a business sector where finance and insurance products had become commodities. Alongside initiatives designed to support key account acquisition, the launch of a "best in class" web system and added an additional £1 million net income to the bottom line.

Responsible for leading a highly specialist training and consultancy team, which supported & trained a field sales force of over 150 and provided a range of specialist services to motor retailing clients.
