Responsible for all contract / Associate recruitment, the role of Associates Advisor is also key role in assisting and co-ordinating the delivery of the Associate function and taking responsibility for the Human Resources related aspects of Associate engagements. This includes supporting identifying appropriate Associates to fill each Business Opportunity, facilitating their introduction to the company and providing the management team with metrics of performance.
