Design, develop, test and implement a new electronic direct credit and direct debit application for the BANCS software. Produce functional specifications for client approval based on the findings of the system study and gap analysis between the BANCS software and the client’s current system.

Working on-site for Northern Illinois Gas (Nicor). Design, develop, test, implement and support of the Nicor Energy Services (subsidiary company) Customer Information and Billing system. Rewrite of Alarm System for “Year 200 Compliance” to allow a smooth transition for all work predictions for the year 2000.
