Head of Digital & Member of the UK Executive committee Functional remit: • UK Digital: Data and analytics, Creative design, Design standards, UI/UX and online customer experience design, Design development, Content, Copy and Editorial as well as online product and service management across Web, Native App and Advisor platforms for all products and services. • UK Executive committee: Member of the Exco and therefore one of several executives responsible for leading the whole UK fidelity business.

Functional remit: • Group Digital: Marketing, Technology, User Experience (UX), Web Design, Data, Trends, Analytics and Incubating innovation. Responsible for: • Digital strategy, oversight, planning, ambition setting and validation of plans and activity for all the Group's businesses.

Also, for delivery of ebusiness best practice across all RSA's 30 plus countries including direct ownership and accountability of the UK wide ebusiness sales and service function.
