Project: Development and characterization of ohmic contacts on semiconductor heterostructures grown by MBE (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) Improvement of the performance of ohmic contacts built on semiconductor samples grown epitaxially using experimental techniques such as MBE, photolithography, thermal evaporation and rapid baking.

Project: Hyperfine magnetic properties of iron ore for applications in environmental remediation. Analysis of the interaction of iron compounds with different cations that would allow the design of technology for environmental issues such as water and soil pollution.
