- Development and optimization of high-precision suspension components for demanding applications - Responsibility for component and assembly validation, including final quality approval and release - Definition, planning, and execution of in-house quality tests and real-world performance testing - Data-driven evaluation of test results to ensure durability, performance, and specification compliance - Close collaboration with design, manufacturing, and testing teams throughout the development lifecycle

- Technical and organizational responsibility for a sinker EDM department in a high-precision manufacturing environment - Production of complex components with tight tolerances and highest demands on accuracy and surface quality - Active contribution to the development and industrialization of new projects in close collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams - Responsibility for process optimization, quality standards, and continuous improvement within the department

- Responsibility for the operation and reliability of automated production, conveyor, and material flow systems - Central point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving logistics and process-related issues - Setup, operation, and monitoring of automated production and filling systems - Execution and supervision of strict in-process quality controls - Support of production planning and scheduling to ensure stable output and delivery performance

- Independent setup and execution of precision machining processes - Planning and optimization of production workflows with focus on efficiency, repeatability, and quality - Continuous improvement of cycle times, tooling strategies, and process stability - Responsibility for dimensional inspection, quality control, and technical documentation - Active involvement in the development and industrialization of new components and manufacturing processes
