Repair, adjustment and overhaul of 200 mm CVD and PVD tools from AMAT with such chambers: SACVD, HDP-CVD, DCVD, RTO, RTP, MCVD, TxZ, HTHU, ALPS-Co, Durasource, Orienter \ Degas, PCll, Vectra IMP, EnCoRe, SIP and others Monitoring the filling and condition of the spare parts warehouse, searching for analogues and spare parts according to their technical characteristics. Modernization of equipment and its repair with available household components, if original spare parts are not available.
