Iida Ruishalme

I conducted research of insulin cell signaling in connection to Diabetes Type 2 with special focus on adipocytes and microscopic techniques. I worked one semester on my Masters Thesis and for a year and a month as a post-graduate.

My main tasks were analyzing nutrients in water samples with continuous-flow spectrometry methods. I gained thorough experience of all types of analysis performed within my department and acquired robust skills in basic laboratory work. I was employed full time one year and two months, and continued part time during my studies.
