Part-time job during my german language school

I was responsible for the coordination of all hospitality related tasks including internal accommodation arrangements, client visit and internal event arrangements, corporate transportation. I was the first point of contact for all the hotel, restaurant and transportation vendors and I was responsible for the daily work coordination of the Travel Team interns. I took elemental part in contract negotiations and the vendor management.

I have worked and lived in the States for 6 months, while I was in charge of the office and the customer service. My tasks contained policy renewals, cancellations, making new policies, taking care of the payments and administrations related to the clients.

As an assistant I have worked with managers and leaders, and gave them full support with their work, such as organizing their traveling and meetings, and keep in contact with customers and partners. Also, I handled documents and mails and kept the details up to date in systems of the bank and handled the invoices in SAP.
