My personal goal to grow the team that lead us to be 1st search engine by 2030 and made a significant difference in mitigating the climate and ecological emergency.

Guiding and Providing support for the implementation of Human Rights Connected technology initiatives. Rebuilding the on-line presence of the organization with a distributed team. Covering topics of digital security and digital activism for human rights defenders. We conduct thoughtful research to build an extensive library on human rights organizations, nonviolent action and legal resources that strengthen civil society involvement in the promotion and protection of human rights.

Leading teams building digital products and driving agile, lean and digital transformations. Joined 15+ teams internationally in 8 countries and across multiple industries and technologies: From cloud services at scale to prototyping mobile apps, from large enterprise transformation to the creation of new ventures. Contributing to the early stages of three new TW offices, bringing together new teams, fostering an inclusive culture, building and supporting new communities of Tech Leads.

Software development with C++ and .NET technologies. Main focus on Vehicle Dynamics and Simulations. Working for Italian main Formula1 Racing Team. High change rate, high tech, speed, high pressure, quality, innovation and cost control are the challenges in this business.

Consultancy on Business Intelligence and Decision Support Systems for medium-big Enterprises and Public Administrations Design and development of Datawarehouses and BI solutions based on Oracle, MS SLQ Server, Business Objects (and many others) technologies. Since 2007 part of the internal "Research and Development" group with the goal of testing and comparing new tools, methodologies and technologies.

During my university years I founded with the help of two great friends of mine the project UniversiBO. We started a volunteering association with the aim of build an open source and free (as in freedom) web application for blended-leaning built by University of Bologna's students. Administrator of the group (from 3 to 100 students), main developer and later other developers coordinator. I'm proud that some of the people I met during this experience are still my coworkers!!
